You can open a browser window in the following ways:

Applications menu: Choose Internet ▸ Epiphany Web Browser.
Command line: Type epiphany, then press Return.

You can open the bookmarks window in the following ways:

Applications menu: Choose Internet ▸ Epiphany Bookmarks.
Command line: Type epiphany -b, then press Return.
From the Bookmarks menu: Choose Bookmarks ▸ Edit Bookmarks from the Epiphany main window.
From the Epiphany toolbar: Press the Bookmarks button in the toolbar of the main window.
