| Location | The system path for the object. This represents where the object is situated on your computer, relative to the system root. |
| Volume | The volume on which a folder resides. This is the physical location of the folder, on which media it resides, for example which hard disk or CDROM drive. |
| Free space | The amount of free space on the media upon which a folder resides. This represents the maximum amount of data you can copy to this folder. |
| MIME Type | The official naming of the type of file. |
| Modified | The date and time at which the object was last changed. |
| Accessed | The date and time at which the object was last viewed. |
